Bee Package Info

Bee Package, Queen Bees & Nuc Protocol

  1. Bees must be picked up on the date and time specified. You'll receive updated emails about package pickup as the information becomes available to us.. Be sure to keep your contact information updated. No packages will be held more than 24 hours past scheduled pick up day & time.
  2. Bees must be paid for in full when they are ordered.
  3. There are NO REFUNDS on bee packages or nucs or hives for ANY reason. If you cannot take delivery or decide you don't want them, you may sell them yourself & give the buyer your invoice signing the bees over to them.
  4. If you discover your Queen is dead at installation, you need to notify us immediately, return the dead Queen to us for a replacement, at no charge. We cannot replace Queens after they have been installed for any reason. 
  5. You must provide an email address and phone number. We will make every reasonable attempt to notify folks of any changes, however, if you change your contact information or don't check your email and spam folders, then you will not receive the notices and we will not hold your bees or refund the purchase price.
  6. 5 % OF ANY REFUND FROM AN ORDERING  ERROR - expecting packages or Queens to be shipped - WILL BE RETAINED TO COVER CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES.
  7. No refunds will be issued for Queens purchased separately if they are alive at the time of receipt. Queens cannot be shipped.
